Weebly is a great place to start if you are trying to create a website. You can also create a blog with your Weebly account (although I've not used this feature yet). It's user interface & website building facilities are very easy to navigate & use. It uses drag & drop for the features which you add to your site

reiki30.weebly.com - Which is 100% FREE as it's a subdomain of Weebly
www.lyndacward.com - I went for a paid domain via Weebly for this one.
